The business would be open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week. (Shutterstock) BOLINGBROOK, IL — At its Tuesday meeting, the Bolingbrook Village Board approved a special use permit for a cannabis dispensary on Weber Road. The dispensary, called Cookies, would be located at 190 S. Weber Road, which was a former Bank of America. According to Board documents, the dispensary would be licensed by the state. Photo ID would be required to enter, and be limited to those who are 21 and older. The building would also have 24/7 security system.
